Embers Bristol ‘Spring / Summer 2022 stove installation offer’ - Terms and conditions

The offer requires that the setting (chamber), chimney & hearth must to be ready for the installation date. This means that - the chimney must be swept, all obstructions removed, any live gas capped off, flammable materials removed to comply with manufacturers guidelines on minimum distances to combustible materials and a compliant hearth stone in place. Any preparation work done in advance of the installation date must adhere to all regulations as stipulated in Building Regs - Document J, HETAS & the manufacturer’s own guidelines. If you require any advice on the preparation work please ask. Alternatively we can accommodate remedial and preparation work at an additional cost to the ‘Spring / Summer 2022 stove installation offer’.

Components included (all in the suitable diameter for the outlet of the stove selected) - 250mm - 1m length of stove pipe or a double offset, closure plate, flexible liner to stove pipe adaptor, up to 10 meters of 316 grade stainless steel flexible flue liner (to cover the average two storey property and suitable for wood burning only), pot hanging bird and rain cowl, carbon monoxide alarm, data plate and the Embers Bristol Starter pack (containing firelighters, kindling and kiln dried firewood).
If a longer length of flue is necessary the extra lengths will incur a cost of £40.00 per meter including VAT.

The ‘Spring / Summer 2022 stove installation offer’ will be fitted and certified by our trained HETAS registered engineers.

Survey - A site survey is necessary in order to assess whether you qualify for the offer price or what extra work is required before a stove can be installed and what costs this would incur if completed by Embers Bristol. The site survey is free of charge. Once a survey has been performed we can issue an estimate (when busiest this may take up to seven working days). If you would like to proceed and accept our estimate we will require a deposit of 50% of the total price to secure the installation date. At this point and only after the deposit or full balance has been paid can we book you in for an installation date.

Installation dates - The ‘Spring / Summer 2022 stove installation offer’ requires that the installation is booked to commence before the 31st of August 2022.
This means that all estimates issued displaying the ‘Spring / Summer 2022 stove installation offer’ price will expire after Midnight on the 31st of August 2022.
After which the 'Total' displayed, above the Spring / Summer Offer Price in the estimate, will be valid.
The ‘Spring / Summer 2022 stove installation offer’ is subject to stove, parts & installation dates being available. Embers Bristol Ltd reserve the right to refuse this offer.

Due to the current climate of raw material fluctuation, we reserve the right to amend the offer prices or estimate as and when material price costs change.

Embers Bristol 'Classic II Bundle Offer' - Terms and Conditions

The Embers Bristol 'Classic II Bundle Offer is available from May 1st 2021 ending at Midnight on the 31st of August 2021. The stated fixed price is payable by you as a bank transfer on invoice or in our showroom with a credit or debit card, wherever you are located and irrespective of your VAT registered status. The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice. The offer has no cash alternative. Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold. This offer is for collection only from our warehouse located in central Bristol. Alternatively we are happy for you to organise collection by a courier company. If desired we can obtain a quotation for curbside delivery on your behalf. Kamado Joe Classic II box dimensions -width 800mm, depth - 800mm, height - 900mm and the weight is 90kg.
